Maths Teaching Assistant - SEMH
Are you passionate about Maths and making a difference to young people's lives?
An outstanding opportunity has become available for a Maths Teaching Assistant within a specialist SEMH provision.
You'll support pupils both inside and outside the classroom, delivering targeted interventions, GCSE and Functional Skills support while helping students develop confidence in mathematics.

You will
Deliver small group Maths interventions
Support GCSE and Functional Skills
Build confidence in learners
Adapt learning to individual needs
Work closely with teaching staff
Promote positive behaviour
We're looking for
Maths background or strong Maths knowledge
SEMH, SEND or Alternative Provision experience
Confident behaviour management
Patient and adaptable approach
DBS on the Update Service preferredExcellent opportunity for aspiring teachers
