We are currently recruiting Maths Graduates for Graduate Teaching Assistant opportunities within supportive and high-performing secondary schools across Croydon and the wider South London area. These long-term roles provide an excellent platform to build practical experience working with young people while developing a deeper understanding of learning, mathematical thinking, and classroom practice.

As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting students both in and out of the classroom, helping them to overcome barriers to learning and achieve their full academic potential. The Role

Full-time Graduate Teaching Assistant position
Based in well-established secondary schools across Croydon
Supporting students across Key Stages 3-5
Providing 1:1 support and small group interventions
Assisting teachers with lesson delivery and classroom management
Supporting students with additional learning needs (SEND) where required
