Smile Education are delighted to be working alongside a thriving secondary school based in north Manchester. We are currently seeking a Maths Early Career Teacher to join this welcoming team from September 2024.

We are currently seeking a Maths ECT to join this friendly team from September 2024 until the end of the 2024/25 academic year. The successful applicant will be carrying out all usual roles and responsibilities associated with a class teaching position, including marking and planning. Early Career Teachers are encouraged to apply as systems are already in place to support applicants working through induction terms, including access to a mentor. There are also clear progression pathways in place into middle leadership for those seeking clear career progression.

This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone seeking a new challenge within a supportive mathematics department. The school is located in north Manchester, within proximity to Bolton, Farnworth and Ainsworth. The expected salary range for this position is between £(Apply online only) per day, depending on experience.

What to expect from applicants?

We would like applicants to hole Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). Early Career Teachers are encouraged to apply due to the long-term nature of the position and the ability to undertake induction terms. However, more experienced teachers seeking clear career progression are also encouraged to apply.
