Full-Time | Long-Term Contract | Start: September 2026
We are working in partnership with an Outstanding-rated secondary school in Bishop's Stortford, Hertfordshire to recruit a qualified Maths Teacher for a full-time, long-term position starting in September 2026.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-performing, supportive Maths department within a school known for its strong leadership, positive culture, and commitment to staff development.
The Role:
Teaching Maths across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 experience desirable but not essential)
Planning and delivering engaging, high-quality lessons
Assessing and tracking pupil progress in line with school expectations
Contributing to the wider life of the school and department
The Ideal Candidate:
Holds QTS (or equivalent UK-recognised teaching qualification)
Has experience teaching Maths in a UK secondary school
Demonstrates strong subject knowledge and classroom management
Is committed, reliable, and passionate about raising student achievement
