Role and Responsibilities:

Implement effective classroom management strategies to foster a positive and productive learning environment
Address the diverse abilities and learning needs of all students.
Integrate technology and various resources into lesson plans to boost student engagement and understanding
Provide timely and constructive feedback on assignments and assessments.
Stay informed about educational trends and research in mathematics instruction, incorporating new methodologies into teaching practices
Engage in professional development workshops and conferences to continuously enhance teaching skills and stay current with educational standards
Conduct parent-teacher conferences to discuss student progress, set goals, and identify areas for improvement
Collaborate with special education teachers and support staff to implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special needs.
Organise and supervise extracurricular activities related to mathematics, such as math clubs and competitions.
The ideal candidate will:

Have recent experience in teaching in schools
Strong knowledge of the UK math curricular
Degree and QTS Desirable (Unqualified Teachers also welcome to apply)
Be a committed team player
Be confident and adaptable to different environments
Have strong classroom management skills
