Materials Handler
Location: Folkestone
Full time - Monday to Friday - Day shifts
MANUAL DRIVING LICENCE REQUIRED
A full-time opportunity has arisen for a Materials Handler to support a busy manufacturing and production environment. This role would suit someone with experience in warehouse or manufacturing settings, although training can be provided for the right individual. A lot of room to grow within the position and make it their own.
Key Responsibilities:
Organising raw materials, packaging and finished goods storage areas
Receiving and inspecting incoming goods
Moving materials to and from production machines
Supplying packaging materials and ancillary parts to production areas
Ensuring all materials are available to support continuous production
Operating counterbalance forklifts, pallet trucks and manual handling equipment
Delivering goods to customers using company transport
Experience and Skills Required:
Previous experience within a warehouse or manufacturing environment
Valid counterbalance forklift licence (essential)
Full UK manual driving licence
Experience working within an ISO-controlled environment (desirable)
Basic PC literacy
