Role: Warehouse Operative
Location: Farnborough
Salary: £22,000 - £25,000 + Benefits
A leading manufacturing company are looking for a Warehouse Operative to join their successful team based in Farnborough.
The responsibilities of the Warehouse Operative are as follows:
Documentation & Record keeping
Complete data entry requirements
Help clear incoming Purchased parts
Help the shipping team when required, scanning, filing, labelling boxes, etc.
Approval and Validation of some commercial invoices
Help ensure all customer deliveries are met
Be conversant with all the scanning and archiving of paperwork
Booking work orders to stock and putting away in the correct stores location
Control of all parts with a shelf life
Daily cycle counts
Maintain the highest standards of Housekeeping
The successful Warehouse Operative will have the following skills/experience:
A good communicator, with the ability to communicate at all levels within and external to the business
Must be computer literate
Be able to work not only on own initiative, but also as a team member
The ability to work to the company’s and the customers procedures
Good numerical and literacy skills
Experience within a stores environment
