Material Handler
Southend-on-Sea, SS9 5JA
£12.95 per hour
8am - 4pm
Honeywell Aerospace is seeking a reliable Material Handler to join its Southend facility. This role is responsible for the safe and efficient movement of materials and components within a warehouse and manufacturing environment, ensuring production teams receive the parts they need to meet customer demand.
Key Responsibilities:
Load, unload, and transport materials throughout the facility
Move stock using hand trucks, pallet trucks, forklifts, hoists, and other handling equipment
Support goods-in, goods-out, and warehouse operations
Supply materials to production areas to support manufacturing schedules
Maintain accurate stock handling and storage practices
Adhere to all Health & Safety, quality, and company procedures
Requirements:
Previous warehouse, stores, logistics, or manufacturing experience preferred
Forklift experience or licence advantageous
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Ability to follow procedures and work effectively as part of a team
Reliable, safety-conscious, and motivated approach to work
