Description:
Joshua Robert are working with a UK wide Developer that deal sourcing, concept stage, planning, construction, and sales & marketing of the whole project.
They are looking for an experienced Mastic Applicator to assist them on an on-going project in Birmingham City Centre.
Immediate start (Monday 18th June).
Need to apply Mastic to kitchens, bathrooms, windows and doors to 45 refurbished apartments.
Responsibilities of the Mastic Applicator:
Application of mastic and sealing in new build bathrooms and kitchens, windows & doors
Ensuring high-quality workmanship and attention to detail
Adherence to safety regulations on construction sites
Collaboration with the project team to meet project requirements Requirements for the Mastic Man Applicator:
Proven experience as a Mastic Man or Applicator
Valid CSCS card is mandatory
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Immediate availability for an immediate start
Commitment to quality work and attention to detail
Own tools required
PPE Required when on-site Roughly 3/4 weeks work
Monday to Friday - 7.30am till 4pm (30mins unpaid lunch) - 40 hours per week paid
