Master Technician Required in Bromsgrove, Worcestershire
We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a reputable Main Dealer Group in Bromsgrove, Worcestershire, which is expanding its workshop team. This is an opportunity for an experienced Master Vehicle Technician to perform high-quality servicing, maintenance and complex repair work within a busy, franchised environment, with access to ongoing manufacturer training, strong support from the workshop management and a clear path for progression.
Benefits:
Up to £45,000 basic salary, plus OTE potential up to £48,000
No weekend working: Monday to Friday, 8:00am–5:30pm

Career progression within a structured dealership workshopDuties:
Complete routine servicing, maintenance and inspections, documenting findings to the required standard
Diagnose faults accurately and complete effective repairs as required for a Master Vehicle Technician
Carry out heavy repairs to a high standard, including engine work, gearboxes, clutches and cambelts
Test potentially faulty parts and verify repair outcomes
Support the preparation and maintenance of new, used and loan vehicles
Work closely with the workshop team to share knowledge and maintain consistent workmanship as expected of a Master TechnicianRequirements:
Level 3 qualified with Senior/Master accreditations (or equivalent evidence)
Strong diagnostic capability and problem-solving skills
High standards of vehicle maintenance and servicing
Effective team working and willingness to support colleagues
