We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading UK-based car dealer group with over 90 years of industry experience, for the position of Master Vehicle Technician at their busy franchise dealership in Narberth, Pembrokeshire. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced technician seeking to develop their career within a reputable and well-established organisation.

Working hours of 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm, with no weekend workDuties of the Master Vehicle Technician:

Conduct accurate and high-quality repairs and servicing of a diverse range of vehicles
Ensure all work complies with manufacturer, retailer, and industry standards
Provide diagnostic support and technical guidance to junior technicians
Mentor and coach team members to enhance workshop efficiency
Communicate effectively with customers regarding vehicle issues and repair progress
Complete all work within specified timeframes and uphold safety standardsRequirements of the Master Vehicle Technician:

Qualified to IMI/NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance
Senior or Master Technician qualification, ideally with manufacturer-specific certification
Level 3/4 qualification in EV/Hybrid vehicle maintenance
Valid UK driving license
Strong commitment to quality and customer satisfaction
Excellent team player with a clear focus on achieving targets
