Our client, a reputable automotive dealership in Ballymena, is seeking a skilled Master Technician to join their team. This is an excellent Master Technician opportunity for experienced motor trade professionals looking for a stable and rewarding role within a thriving dealership environment. Benefits:
Basic salary of up to £35,000, depending on experience
OTE of approximately £40,000
Monday to Friday working hours, approximately 8:00am–5:00pm
No weekend work
28 days’ holiday inclusive of bank holidays
Full UK driver’s license required

Security of employment with a well-established employerDuties of a Master Technician:
Repair and service of a wide range of vehicles to manufacturer standards
Conduct diagnostic checks and fault finding
Inspect vehicles for wear and tear or general faults
Complete work adhering to DVSA standards
Provide high-quality customer service and clear communication
Maintain accurate workshop records
Assist in mentoring junior staff as requiredRequirements of a Master Technician:
Level 3 qualification or equivalent in automotive repair
Level 4 EV accreditation highly desirable
Franchise dealership experience preferred
Full UK driving licence
Own set of essential automotive tools
Proven experience as a Master Technician or similar senior technician role
