Conduct vehicle inspections, diagnostics, and repairs to manufacturer standards
Carry out routine maintenance, including servicing and safety checks
Complete accurate documentation of work performed
Support the workshop team to meet productivity and customer satisfaction targets
Ensure warranty and safety procedures are followed diligently
Achieve Master Technician accreditation with the franchise
Provide excellent customer service and technical support in a fast-paced environmentRequirements of a Master Vehicle Technician:
NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
Minimum of three years’ experience working in a dealership or reputable garage
Full UK driving licence
MOT Tester qualification (preferred but not essential)
Strong communication skills in English
Proactive with attention to detail and customer-focused approach
Previous experience as a Senior or Diagnostic Vehicle Technician is desirable
