We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established dealership in Hull, East Yorkshire, for the position of Master Vehicle Technician. This is a highly sought-after role for experienced Master Vehicle Technicians seeking to advance their careers within a reputable and innovative automotive business.

Carry out maintenance and repair work on a wide range of vehicles to manufacturer standards
Perform diagnostic, warranty, electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic repairs efficiently and safely
Support and mentor less experienced technicians, sharing expertise to promote team development
Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and quality standards
Complete detailed reports and documentation for each service or repair conducted
Assist in diagnosing complex faults to achieve first-time fix success
Maintain workshop equipment and tools, ensuring a clean and safe working environmentRequirements for the Master Vehicle Technician role:

Qualified Master Vehicle Technician or fully-skilled Technician with a Level 3 qualification (IMI, City & Guilds, or equivalent)
Proven experience in complex diagnostics and handling a variety of mechanical and electrical repairs
Strong team player with excellent communication and organisational skills
Demonstrates high safety awareness and meticulous attention to detail
Mentoring and knowledge-sharing mindset, with a passion for continuous professional development
