Description:
We are recruiting on behalf of our client for the position of Master Vehicle Technician in Leicester, Leicestershire. This is a permanent, full-time role within a reputable main dealership, offering an excellent career development opportunity for skilled technicians.

Modern workshop equipped with the latest diagnostic technologyDuties of a Master Vehicle Technician:
Carrying out advanced diagnostics, servicing, and repairs to manufacturer standards
Performing complex mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic repairs
Diagnosing and resolving technical faults efficiently
Supporting and mentoring fellow technicians within the workshop
Completing warranty repairs and manufacturer campaigns
Ensuring all work is completed to high safety, quality, and efficiency standards
Maintaining excellent customer satisfaction through quality workmanshipRequirements of a Master Vehicle Technician:
Qualified Master Vehicle Technician with at least a Level 3 qualification (IMI, City & Guilds or equivalent)
Extensive experience with complex diagnostics and repairs
Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems
Excellent fault-finding and problem-solving skills
Ability to mentor and support team members
Strong team player with a commitment to quality work
