Description:
Our client, a well-established independent main dealership near Heathrow, is seeking a skilled Master Technician to join their busy workshop. This position offers an excellent opportunity for experienced automotive professionals to work within a reputable and professional environment focused on quality and customer satisfaction.
Benefits of the Master Technician position include:
Up to £69,000 basic salary plus performance-based bonus
Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 6:00pm
One in three Saturdays, 8:30am – 1:00pm
Full qualifications and MOT licence essential

Conducting diagnostic work using advanced equipment and methods
Performing service checks and repairs adhering to manufacturer standards
Ensuring work is completed efficiently and to a high standard
Maintaining workshop cleanliness and organisation
Supporting team members and contributing to a professional service environment
Carrying out additional duties as directed by managementRequirements for the Master Technician position:
Full UK driving licence
Minimum Level 3 Automotive Qualification
MOT licence advantageous
Proven experience in a similar Master Technician role
Strong diagnostic and repair skills
Excellent attitude, motivated to improve knowledge and skills
Ability to work effectively within a team
