We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Master Vehicle Technician in Farnham, Surrey.

Opportunities for career progression within a growing businessDuties of a Master Vehicle Technician:
Conduct servicing and repairs, including oil changes, brake repairs, and engine maintenance, adhering to manufacturer and industry standards
Use advanced diagnostic equipment to troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical and mechanical issues
Perform bespoke modifications such as performance upgrades, suspension enhancements, and aesthetic modifications
Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure high standards of workmanship and timely completion of jobs
Communicate clearly with customers, explaining technical issues and recommendations to ensure customer satisfaction
Maintain a clean and safe workshop environment, complying with health and safety regulationsRequirements of a Master Vehicle Technician:
Level 3 NVQ or equivalent in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
Valid MOT Tester certification (Class 4 and 7) is desirable but not essential
Proven experience as a Senior Vehicle Technician, with strong diagnostic and repair skills across various vehicle types
Proficiency with modern diagnostic tools and familiarity with hybrid and electric vehicles is advantageous
Attention to detail with a focus on quality and safety
Excellent teamwork and communication skills
