Regional Recruitment are recruiting for an experienced Master Technician to join a market leading specialist fleet operating company based in Oxford. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a growing organisation, becoming the go-to technical specialist within a modern, well equipped workshop.

Qualifications
Essential:
Level 3 NVQ (or equivalent) in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair
At least 5 years’ experience maintaining Light Commercial Vehicles (LCVs)
Exceptional diagnostic and electrical fault finding skills
Strong knowledge of CAN-bus systems and modern vehicle electronics
Experience working on Mercedes-Benz Sprinters or similar commercial vehicles
Ability to diagnose complex faults that other struggle to identify
Full UK Driving License
Desirable:
Mercedes-Benz, Volkswagen or Manufacturer master Technician accreditation
MOT Tester
IRTEC qualification
Welding/ Fabricating experience
Roles & Responsibilities
Carrying out servicing, repairs and maintenance on a fleet of predominately Mercedes-Benz Sprinter vans
Diagnosing and rectifying complex mechanical, electrical and CAN-bus faults
Using manufacturer level diagnostic equipment to identify and resolve vehicle issues
Fault finding on electrical systems, control units and wiring
Preparing vehicles for MOT and ensuring they meet the highest safety standards
Investigating recurring faults and implementing permanent solutions
Completing workshop documentation and maintenance records
Ordering parts and managing repairs efficiently
Carrying out road tests to verify repairs
Supporting workshop improvements and mentoring junior technicians where required
Requirements
As a Master Technician, you will also be expected to:
Maintain a safe, organised and professional workshop environment
