About the Role

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Customer Master Data Quality Specialist to join our dynamic team on a full-time, 6-month contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining global standards, integrity, and accuracy of our customer data. This role is crucial for ensuring that our customer information remains up-to-date and reliable.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Data Requests: Respond promptly to incoming customer master data requests via telephone, mail, email, and website within the agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Audit Coordination: Collaborate with various teams to coordinate and manage the running of audit reports as defined by the business.
Data Maintenance: Run and maintain customer data on a daily basis to ensure the database remains clean and accurate.
Data Integrity: Uphold global standards for customer data quality and integrity.
Skills and Qualifications
Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high data quality standards.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively manage customer data requests.
