SF Recruitment are working with a business based in Castle Bromwich who are looking for a Marketplace Channel Manager to join the team
£40,000 - Office based

35 hour week:
Monday - Thursday 8.30am - 5pm
Friday 8.30am - 1.30pm

With huge growth across Marketplace trading, the business is looking to recruit a dynamic, commercially driven Marketplace Channel Manager to support the performance of the external online Marketplaces across the group.

Marketplaces are already established; the role will include defining the proposition and delivery of the marketplace strategy. The focus will be on driving incremental revenue growth, analysing past performance and identifying new ways to grow the channel.

You'll optimise the channel and maximise online revenue through Amazon (Seller & Vendor Central), eBay, B&Q, Tesco, The Range and Wayfair and additional channels. As the online Marketplace Manager, you will support the ambitious growth plans for these channels by improving visibility, optimising product listings, and trading the channel. You will be a marketplace expert with a strong background in supporting growth in other marketplace channel businesses. The role would suit someone who has technical experience of the Amazon/eBay/Wayfair platforms along with a passion for driving digital performance. The role is high paced with hands on management of day-to-day performance and sales optimisation.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
- Managing external partner relationships with Amazon (Seller & Vendor Central), eBay, B&Q, Homebase, Tesco & more.
- Driving sales and improving rankings with online Marketplaces.
- Supporting the delivery of budgets in-line with wider business growth ambitions.
- Creating and optimising product listings, improving visibility of products across the platform and driving ATV and CVR.
- Trading the range, ensuring we have a market-beating commercial proposition that will support commercial growth.
- Using analytics to analyse performance, identify opportunities and report versus assigned KPI's.
- Management of account health across channels

Knowledge & Skills Required
- At least two years Amazon/eBay marketplace experience.
- Strong experience in managing and growing Amazon marketplace businesses.
- Working knowledge of the Amazon seller & vendor central platform.
- eBay/other marketplace experience is also required
- Comfortable in dealing with large amounts of data and leveraging it to identify areas for improvement and optimisation.
- Experience in managing the operational requirements of the Amazon platform.
- Team player who is agile and dynamic, comfortable working at pace.
- Excellent communication skills, able to work senior stakeholders from across the business.
