Location: Kelvedon, Essex
Work Model: Monday – Friday, In office, Full-time; 40 hours per week; flexi rota (due to events)

We're seeking a creative and strategic thinker to lead their internal marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for marketing, coupled with a love for food and music. Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement marketing campaigns across diverse channels, including digital, social media, email, and print.
* Conduct comprehensive market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends and strategic opportunities.
* Drive SEO strategies to enhance organic search rankings and boost website traffic.
* Analyze marketing data and metrics to assess campaign performance and provide data-driven insights for optimization.
* Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all marketing materials.
* Assist in crafting compelling content for various marketing collateral, including blog posts, social media updates, and email newsletters.
* Coordinate and oversee projects with external vendors, such as graphic designers and advertising agencies.
* Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to maintain a competitive edge in marketing strategies.
Experience:
* Demonstrated experience in marketing roles, preferably as a Marketing Specialist or similar position.
* Strong project management abilities, adept at prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
* Exceptional copywriting skills with a talent for creating engaging content.
* Organizational prowess with keen attention to detail.
* Proficiency in Google Ads and other digital advertising platforms like Meta.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Education and Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related fields (preferred).
* Minimum of 1 year of experience in marketing and digital marketing.
* Fluent in English.
* Ability to commute Kelvedon
