Marketing & Social Value Lead

£40 - £50k

We are working with a leading Property Services Contractor to recruit a Marketing and Social Value Lead to join their team. This is a full time, permanent position based in North West London.

As the Marketing & Social Value Lead, you will work with the wider business to implement the marketing and communications strategy, driving brand awareness and the organisations' corporate image, as well as supporting the wider business with their delivery of Social Value commitments in the communities in which they work.

The main accountabilities for this role include:

Develop and implement effective communications and marketing campaigns to support key bids and increase brand awareness.
Creating well written, and well informed articles to showcase the Business's people and capabilities and promoting across all internal channels and third-party platforms and publications.
Engagement with Clients, Project teams, Residents and Stakeholders to manage and implement social value programmes, environmental initiatives, and marketing strategies.
Maintain network of external stakeholders and community partners including charities, training providers, residents, and industry organisations.
Represent the company at community, industry and networking events, to include resident engagement, job fairs, charity events and exhibitions.
Monitoring and managing the company's external image and raise the profile of the business through successful digital marketing campaigns and social media activity.
Conduct market research and report on opportunities to maintain current relationships and build new relationships.
Manage and develop the company's charity programme including liaising with charity partners and organising internal fundraising events, such as coffee mornings, quiz nights etc.
Actively promote the company's visions and values both externally and internally to ensure buy in and support staff morale.
Manage corporate branding and company literature to promote the company's image.
Supporting apprentices, workplace schemes and training in line with the company's commitment, including liaising with relevant stakeholders.Key Experience:

Good communication skills and the ability to work with various colleagues of different levels and roles across the business.
Proficiency using office IT applications such as Microsoft excel, word, power point and desktop publishing software such as Microsoft Publisher / In-Design.
Aspirations to continuously be innovative, learn and develop in the role and company.
Social, outgoing personality with excellent public speaking skills
High level of literacy including written communication.
Have previous experience in digital marketing.
Have previous experience in corporate social responsibility.
Have good knowledge of current web technologies and social media.You will be working for a modern, forward-thinking business; that believes the strengths, skills and personalities of their people are the key to the group's success. This is a full-time, permanent role for which you will receive up to £50K per annum + Benefits
