- Proficiency in managing E-commerce platforms and CRM systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic direction to Marketing, Graphics, and Photography teams.
- Foster collaborative relationships with external agencies and partners.
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Oversee the production of primary catalogues and sub-brands, ensuring quality and timeliness.
- Manage the corporate website and E-commerce platform, ensuring visual appeal and product updates.
- Lead marketing efforts within CRM, driving customer engagement and retention.
- Create and execute campaigns and promotions, analysing results and adapting strategies as needed.
- Supervise the design and production of promotional materials for various purposes.
