Due to an exciting growth phase a opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and passionate Marketing Manager, experienced in leading marketing efforts and brand awareness.

* Designing and manufacturing market leading products worldwide.
Duties & Responsibilities:
* The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to attract potential B2B clients, within business goals and objectives.
* Managing and directing the marketing team of two, with a collaborative and high performance approach.
* Managing lead generation strategies such as telemarketing, digital marketing, email campaigns, events, and partnerships.
* Overseeing communication channels, including website content, social media, email marketing, and PR initiatives.
* Monitoring campaign performances, and ownership of marketing collateral, sales materials, presentations which showcase product features, benefits, and value propositions.
Experience & Skills needed:
* Experience within a similar role, ideally with a focus on B2B lead generation and campaign management.
* Strong leadership skills
* Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
* Analytical approach.
* Ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
