We are currently seeking a super creative Marketing Manager to join a high-functioning SME of a global organisation. This is a such a juicy and unique opportunity for a passionate and skilled Marketing professional to wrap their arms around and own.
With a £1m Marketing budget to spend across Social, Web, Events, Print and POS, the successful Marketing Manager will have experience managing significant marketing budgets, have the experience to build the marketing strategy and ensure delivery across your team, creating engaging and successful marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
Targeting the consumer, despite the company selling to wholesale, you will continue the great work and campaigns that have been done to stimulate sales growth and brand advocacy, whilst also bringing to life new ideas.
Managing a team of two internally, you will then manage a retained Graphic Designer and the relationship with a digital agency that support with images, videos, content, analytics and also ideas for new campaigns.
Accustomed to all current marketing trends, your content across the website, You tube, Tik Tok, Insta and Facebook drive followers and reach.
We are looking for a results-driven individual with a reputation for accomplishing marketing targets. You should have a sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy and witty communication. You will have experience in organising events and activations and should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously – whilst keeping a cool head.
What you will be doing:
As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of the annual marketing strategy.
Managing the allocation of resources, including marketing budget, agency retainers, and marketing assets.
You will also collaborate with other stakeholders and colleagues, such as account managers, technical advisors, and wholesalers, to ensure a synchronised marketing approach.
