the Marketing Manager, you will be a key contributor to the company's growth strategy. Your responsibilities will encompass a broad spectrum of marketing activities, including:
* Content Marketing Leadership: Develop a comprehensive content strategy that generates engaging and informative content across diverse formats, such as industry-specific blogs, insightful case studies, targeted articles, and compelling social media posts. This content should resonate with FM decision-makers and effectively communicate Artic's unique value proposition.
* Digital Marketing Expertise: Collaborate with different teams on the execution of strategic initiatives, including website content updates, social media management, and the development of targeted marketing campaigns. A working knowledge of SEO, SEM, and social media advertising principles is desirable.
* Lead Generation and Nurturing: Implement strategies to generate a consistent flow of qualified leads, leveraging industry expertise and relevant tools to identify and nurture prospective opportunities.
* Data-Driven Decision Making: Employ a data-driven approach to analyse marketing performance metrics. Your keen insights will be crucial in identifying areas for improvement and measuring success against established goals.
* Brand Advocacy Leadership: Serve as an ambassador for Artic, spearheading strategic initiatives to significantly elevate brand awareness and cultivate a positive perception within the FM market.
* Website Management: Oversee the management and ongoing updates of Artic's website. Your focus will be on creating a user-friendly experience for FM professionals while ensuring a robust foundation for search engine optimisation (SEO).
* Performance Reporting: Regularly prepare and present insightful reports that track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, website traffic, and overall brand awareness efforts.
* Continuous Improvement: Maintain a commitment to professional development, actively seeking opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge in marketing, digital marketing trends, and the Facilities Management industry.
Who We're Looking For
* An experienced B2B marketing professional with a minimum of 3 years of demonstrably successful experience.
* Applicants must have a marketing qualification, either DipM or equivalent.
* A creative and strategic thinker with a proven track record of developing compelling content that resonates with FM decision-makers.
* A data-driven individual with a strong understanding of marketing analytics and reporting methodologies.
* A comprehensive understanding of SEO principles and content management systems.
* Experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns within the Facilities Management industry.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
* A highly organised and detail-oriented individual with the ability to effectively manage multiple projects, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines consistently.
* A collaborative team player with a strong work ethic and a passion for achieving exceptional results.
Desirable.
* Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
* Video content development experience.
