Marketing Manager

Our client, a fast-growing technology company dedicated to unlocking the full potential of batteries with intelligent software for all vehicle and battery manufacturers worldwide is currently looking to hire a Marketing Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth.
 
The Marketing Manager will:

Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including website management, SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and online advertising, to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.
Lead the development of compelling and relevant content for various marketing channels, including website copy, blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and videos.
Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximize ROI and achieve marketing objectives.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats, and use insights to inform marketing strategies and tactics.
Lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve company objectives, including brand positioning, messaging, and integrated marketing campaigns.  
The Marketing Manager will have:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication or related field.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
Good understanding of the mobility and/or electrification space.
Experience in marketing leadership roles, preferably in the B2B tech sector.
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics, including SEO, SEM, social media (LinkedIn), email marketing, and online advertising.
