Marketing Manager
Location: Hybrid/London
Salary: £50-55k plus excellent bonuses and benefits.
 
CV Consulting have been assigned to recruit an experienced Marketing Manager for a pivotal role at a leading strategic B2B marketing and creative communications agency. This successful agency is in search of a dynamic Marketing Manager for exciting role who will report to the Growth & Strategy Director and own and manage their marketing engine, elevate their reputation, and deliver against ambitious growth plans.
 
The role:
 
·Working with the Executive Leadership to develop the growth strategy and an
·integrated, multi-channel go to market plan.
·Collaboration with wider strategy and creative teams to define the reactive and
proactive micro-strategies that support this e.g. content, digital, MarTech, social,
events, etc.
·Working with the support of the delivery team to orchestrate the required assets and
tactics
·Identifying aspects of the strategy that require third party support / specialisms /
·technology to deliver and identify and manage "best in class" partners for deliver the
required services.
·Working with the existing target account list, ideal customer profile and existing
records to build and maintain the customer database using a centralised CRM e.g.
·HubSpot or Pipedrive
·Through the CRM executing or integrating campaign activities to nurture and qualify
leads to the point of sales readiness or to raise brand presence and profile.
·Developing and maintaining a reporting structure and dashboard to report on
·Manage pre-sales activity and use as the basis to test and analyse activity.
·Awareness of audience trends, market development and competitor activity
·based on data, insights and intelligence.
 
The ideal candidate:
 
The Marketing Manager will have a growth mindset who will create, execute, measure yhe agencies go to market plan. Someone who can master data and technology.
 
·Proven experience in a b2b marketing role agency or inhouse.
·A personable and articulate communicator and presenter
·Understand strategic marketing and growth levers in a B2B environment.
·You will be a strategic thinker who leads the client and is proactive in finding and developing.
