Marketing Manager £35,000–£45,000 DOE | Full-time | Permanent | Ipswich (Office-based)

We're a fast-growing UK business looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead the delivery of multi-channel marketing activity that drives customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.

In this hands-on leadership role, you'll manage and develop a small marketing team while taking ownership of website performance, CRM and email marketing, campaign delivery, events, and budget management. You'll combine strategic thinking with strong execution skills to deliver measurable commercial results.
We're looking for someone with:

Proven experience in a Marketing Manager or senior marketing position
People management experience
Strong website, CRM, and email marketing expertise
Experience managing marketing budgets and reporting on performance
A data-driven approach and excellent stakeholder management skillsWhat's on offer:
