We are excited to represent our esteemed client, a Legal 500 firm based in the West Midlands, in their search for a Marketing Manager. Positioned at their Shirley offices, this role is pivotal for a proactive individual tasked with managing and enhancing the firm's marketing strategies. The successful candidate will be integral to advancing the firm's digital presence, orchestrating impactful marketing initiatives, and promoting innovative marketing techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Marketing Management: Direct and oversee all marketing activities, aligning them with the firm's strategic goals. This includes managing events, marketing communications, and digital campaigns across various platforms including social media and pay-per-click advertising.
Financial Oversight: Create and maintain a budget, monitor monthly expenditures, and identify any potential discrepancies to optimise resource use.
Data Analysis: Collect, analyse, and report on marketing data, delivering insights that inform strategic decision-making.
Innovation in Marketing: Challenge traditional marketing approaches by integrating and leveraging new technologies to enhance marketing effectiveness.
Content and Website Oversight: Manage the firm's website and ensure high standards for all digital content, including submissions to the Legal 500.
Key Criteria:
Educational Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
Experience Requirements: Proven experience in a marketing role, ideally within a law firm or a professional services setting. Demonstrated ability to deliver and support marketing plans and initiatives effectively.
Skill Set: Exceptional organisational and event management skills, robust analytical skills with a strong attention to detail, and superior communication abilities.
Personal Qualities: Highly motivated with a proven track record of delivering excellent client service and a commitment to innovative marketing solutions.
Working Hours:
Monday to Thursday: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
Friday: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
