Marketing Manager

Our client is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager who is able to execute structured marketing plans and ultimately increase the company’s visibility and sales leads both in the UK and across Europe.

Reporting to the Sales Director and working with the Field Sales Team, the successful Marketing Manager will be responsible for creating a marketing strategy and plan to reach larger corporate clients. The goal is to establish a clear value proposition for this segment, involving some media advertising as well as supporting my clients field and distribution sales teams with nurturing, whether that be webinars, content creation, social media strategies, or building campaigns via Cadences in Sales loft and social media campaigns on LinkedIn.

The successful Marketing Manager will also be expected to contribute to the joint success to be achieved in collaboration with the Field Sales and Distribution teams across UK, US, France, Germany, and Spain - Since some parts of the business are at different stages of development, you will be expected to be flexible in your ethos and support the business with tasks as required, being a ‘team player’ and contributing to the success of the team.

* £40,000 - £50,000 base salary dependant on experience

Responsibilities and required Skills for the Marketing Manager

* Experienced in the administration and training of salesloft and Salesforce

* Define and execute marketing plans to support the Field Sales teams in achieving their targets.

* Define and execute marketing plans to win new distributors globally, with a particular focus on the US.

* Marketing Planning and budget management to achieve targets

* Event (online and offline) planning to support lead generation and brand awareness.

* Manage and monitor multiple campaigns and continuous marketing of the Field Sales Opportunities and New Distributor Opportunities

* Campaign management experience would be preferred, or product marketing experience from a B2B SaaS business.

* B2B Marketing experience as well as Account Based Marketing experience

* Able to converse in French (beneficial but not essential

* Willingness to travel and be away from home for a short period
