Marketing Manager
£45,000 - £50,000
Introduction:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Performance Marketing Manager to join our marketing team. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker who excels in digital marketing and analytics. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of our performance marketing efforts to drive revenue growth through data-driven campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop, execute, and optimize cutting-edge digital campaigns from conception to launch across multiple channels (e.g., PPC, SEO, Social Media, Email Marketing).
* Work closely with cross-functional teams to establish growth strategies to support revenue goals.
* Create and manage campaign budgets, allocate resources, and monitor and report on performance with an eye on ROI and other performance metrics.
* Test and optimize marketing tactics for customer acquisition (e.g., online advertising, direct mail, email) and conversion rate optimization.
* Propose new projects that could attract prospects and convert leads as well as marketing tactics for those projects.
* Use a process of testing to prove hypotheses and recommend performance optimizations.
* Use a data-driven approach to manage campaigns and derive insights on strategy and performance.
* Enhance our marketing automation and lead generating processes.
* Collaborate with creative teams to maintain a consistent brand voice and message across all paid campaigns.
Qualifications:
Expert in Paid Ads: Google & Microsoft.
SEO & Social Ads is a big bonus.
8+ years of experience in digital marketing and advertising.
Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
Advanced communication and interpersonal skills.
