Marketing Manager | Up to £70,000 | Financial Services
We’re looking for a brilliant Marketing Manager to join a privately owned, fast-growing group of businesses operating across the accountancy, umbrella and wider financial services sectors.
And this definitely isn’t a role for someone who just wants to build a strategy, hand it over and move onto the next PowerPoint.
We want someone who loves coming up with the plan and then making it happen.
Someone who wants to see an idea go from scribbles on a notepad, to a campaign, to leads coming through the door and ultimately revenue being generated.
You’ll work closely with the sales teams and wider business to help grow multiple brands across the group, including established accountancy and double-accredited umbrella businesses.
It’s a really interesting marketing challenge too, with a genuine mix of B2B and B2C audiences.
You’ll have external creative, PPC and digital agency partners to work with, but you’ll own the marketing internally - driving campaigns, content, brand, lead generation and making sure plans actually get delivered.
What we’re looking for:
???? A proper hands-on marketer who enjoys implementation as much as strategy
???? Commercially minded and excited by growth, leads and revenue
???? Someone who wants to work closely with sales rather than marketing sitting in its own bubble
???? Comfortable managing external creative, digital and PPC partners
???? Experience within accountancy, umbrella, payroll or wider financial services would be a massive advantage
???? Someone ambitious who wants genuine influence over the direction of a growing group
This is a privately owned business, so things move quickly, good ideas can actually become reality and you won’t have layers and layers of sign-off to get something done.
You’ll have real visibility and board-level responsibility, with the opportunity to make the marketing function your own.
And importantly - hard work and performance will be recognised and rewarded.
