Description:

Digital Experience and Optimisation Manager required for a travel-industry-focussed company, based in London. They are looking for an experienced digital specialist with expertise in UX, CRO, customer journeys and marketing technology. Competitive salary of 50-55K plus benefits, with hybrid working of 3 days in the office and 2 from home.

Digital Experience and Optimisation Manager - Responsibilities:

Lead digital experience, UX/UI and optimisation across a portfolio of B2B and B2C brands.

Develop customer journeys; supporting engagement, lead generation, audience growth and personalisation.

Drive CRO across websites and landing pages through testing, analysis and continuous improvement.

Monitor digital performance, customer behaviour and analytics, providing insight and recommendations to senior management.

Work with Partner Marketing on email, SMS and social activity.

Manage and develop a team of digital professionals while working closely with design and development teams.

Digital Experience and Optimisation Manager - skills required

Strong experience in digital marketing, UX/UI, CRO or website optimisation, crucially within the travel industry.

Knowledge of customer engagement platforms and marketing automation

Commercial and analytical approach with a strong understanding of digital performance, lead generation and customer data.

Excellent communication skills and previous team leadership or mentoring experience.

London location with 3 days office / 2 days home working.
