We are recruiting for a Marketing Manager for our client based in Newark.

You will be responsible for the delivery of all marketing and brand strategies of the company including advertising, market launches, email campaigns, events and social media.

This is a permanent role Monday to Friday 8am until 5pm

Your main duties and responsibilities are to

* Manage day to day marketing and brand activities

* Responsible for the development and implementation of the marketing plan for the business, in line with Company goals

* Build / manage a rich content strategy for Marketing, Branding and PR that attracts a qualified audience to owned properties (including blog posts, whitepapers, e-books, reports, presentations, social media, website articles, newsletters, webinars, infographics, etc.)

* Manage the Company’s social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and additional channels that may be deemed relevant.

* Creating content oriented toward talent acquisition, including Company news and product/service information, Job postings and open positions, Recaps from Company events, outings and “Day in the Life” style content portraying office culture.

* Maintain effective internal communications, keeping employees informed of Company developments in a timely and engaging manner.

* Represent the Company by developing relationships with ‘key’ media coverage both online and offline.

* Manage the improvement of organic search engine performance (SEO) and goal setting based on clickthrough rates, traffic, and conversions. Specifically: Organic website, social media, content optimisation and negotiating backlinks.

* Manage the marketing budget, forecasts, generating reporting to senior management, demonstrating return on investment and other key measured targets.

* Manage the organisation of promotional events, exhibitions and learning seminars, attending when required to facilitate their success.

Person Specification

Proven experience in marketing and communications, Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines, Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, Proficiency with online marketing and social media strategy, Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision making, Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications and Experience

Degree qualified in marketing, communications or business desirable, Three years’ experience in a similar role, Strong stakeholder management experience, Experience of working within a similar organisation desirable
