Our client operates two leading businesses in the Finance space who are on an ambitious growth trajectory, seeking a talented Marketing Manager to take the helm of their marketing team. The Role:

As a Marketing Manager, you will oversee all marketing activities within the group. This includes developing strategies, managing budgets, setting goals, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across various marketing channels.

Responsibilities:

Design and implement marketing strategies to drive leads and brand awareness.

Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual marketing budgets.

Set, monitor, and report on team goals, including upskilling and training.

Ensure consistent and strong brand messaging across all channels (content, SEO, email marketing, social media, etc.).

Provide competitor analysis to the wider business (acquisitions, pricing changes, new products, and features).

Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share.

Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness.

Participate in the quarterly and annual planning of company objectives.

Requirements:

Extensive experience in a senior B2B marketing role, including several years of people management.

Proven success in running effective marketing campaigns.

Solid knowledge of web analytics, PPC, and SEO management.

Experience with CRM software (Salesforce and Pardot preferred).

Strong leadership skills with the ability to set and prioritize goals.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.

Analytical mindset.

BSc or MSc in Marketing or a relevant field.
