Responsibilities:

Plan and execute B2B marketing activities, utilising CRM campaigns and leveraging the company's extensive client database.
Develop and maintain the company's social media presence to enhance their online visibility.
Implement SEO/SEM strategies to drive traffic to the company websites.
Measure and report the performance of marketing campaigns, assessing them against KPI and ROI goals.
Coordinate their participation in events such as trade shows, conferences, and festivals.
Collaborate with internal teams to optimise the effectiveness of B2C advertising campaigns, providing insight into target audiences and assisting in the planning and execution of campaigns.
Offer valuable input on content and copy creation.
Employ creative growth strategies and stay up-to-date with the latest trends in online marketing.

Requirements:

Hold a degree in marketing or a related field or equivalent experience.
Possess strong experience in email marketing campaigns.
Have proven working experience in digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing databases, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
Demonstrate creativity in identifying target audiences and devising engaging digital campaigns.
Familiarity with website analytics tools, ad serving tools, and Google AdWords campaigns.
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints.
Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
Be up-to-date with the latest best practises in online marketing and measurement.
Experience with Salesforce CRM is preferred.
