Marketing Manager

We are looking for a process driven Marketing professional with a proven track record in achieving a good ROI across multiple channels a to join a thriving, independently owned organisation who provide a range of environmental services.
This business are well established, with ambitious plans for further acquisition of market share.
The ideal candidate will be a PPC expert, have a ‘hands on’ approach, but with the commercial acumen to use their detail oriented and analytical mindset to tangibly and strategically contribute to continuous increased revenue growth.
As Marketing Manager for this successful business, reporting into the MD, you will be responsible for:
Collaboratively developing and executing a 3 year marketing strategy, working to key performance indicators to include new customers, CAC/CPA/ROAS, with a focus on new customers and CLTV
Day to day management of the marketing team to ensure effective delivery of the marketing strategy in line with business goals
The development, implementation and monitoring of PPC strategies
Maximising ROI with a generous budget of £50k per month including forecasting monthly costs and reconciling any discrepancies
Tracking lead generation and conversions, with regular reporting against historical statistics, current targets and then forecasting future growth
Monitoring search engine and website rankings and health using data to drive strategy and promote progression; developing relationships with third parties such as Google, Bing, Microsoft
Generating new channels
Working closely and collaboratively with the existing, and contributing to the growth of the team
Aligning branding across multiple platforms
Overseeing SEO strategy through pro-active analysis of market trends, resulting in the continuous boost of organic traffic
Significant contribution to and overall accountability for all marketing activities including content creation, events and exhibitions and branding
The Marketing professional who secures this role will have:
A proven track record in generating a significant ROI for a relevant business who offer both b2b and b2c services
Up to date, expert PPC campaign management and delivery experience
Relevant professional certifications: Google AdWords; Bing Ads; Google Analytics; Google Search; Google Display
A good understanding of SEO including keyword expansions and topic clusters; expertise in SEO creation would be advantageous
Knowledge of relevant sectors: construction; logistics; manufacturing; engineering
Excellent analytical and creative problem-solving skills
Experience managing budgets
Great reporting skills
A team focused mentality with the interpersonal skills to build effective professional relationships at all levels
A methodical mindset but with the ability to work at pace under pressure
Experience conducting market and competitor analysis, translating data to provide actionable insights.
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and website development principles for effective collaboration internally
A strong work ethic, with values centred around a core beliefs that include high standards, accountability and productivity
Proven negotiation skills.
