Our client is a well established but growing family business looking for an individual who can really make a positive impact within the company and grow with them to be the next Marketing Director possibly in two years time. As the Marketing Manager, you'll be responsible for a range of marketing activities, with a key focus on E-commerce, content, digital advertising, social platforms and the Direct Marketing requirements of the business. This is a great opportunity to work in a fast-growing and exciting aesthetics industry.
Our client is a tight knit small team based in Dartmouth, but flexibility will be offered to reduce the daily commute, ideally with the successful candidate being able to work in the office 1 days a week but be available a little more for holiday cover as and when required. Free parking will also be offered.
The role and company will suit an individual who really wants to see their work contribute to the success of the business, be able to be innovative and have initiative. Although a family business who have been running for 15 years, our client is not precious with the brand, and will always listen to fresh ideas.
Headline responsibilities to include;
- To be a creative individual, with the ability to design and craft visuals and write content
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the company's products and services
- Work closely with external partners to maximise e-commerce opportunities online
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and social media
- Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights to optimise results
- Manage the company's online presence, including website content, social media platforms and online advertising
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing
Skills:
- Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing
- Proficient in using marketing analytics tools to track campaign performance and generate insights
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to think creatively and strategically to solve complex problems
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Salary in the region of £21,000 depending on experience
