Marketing Lead – 8 month Maternity cover
South Cambridgeshire – hybrid or remote for the right candidate

We are working with a prestigious veterinarian based in the South Cambridgeshire area, looking for a Marketing Lead to cover maternity leave for approximately 8 months, the role offers flexibility for the right person to come in and hit the ground running, whether that be part time, hybrid or remote working.
Key responsibilities:
Lead & Inspire: Oversee the membership and marketing team driving development and execution of the company’s member engagement and digital strategies.
Digital Strategy: Collaborate with the IT team to ensure the digital platforms and communications are engaging, user-friendly, and reflective of the brand.
Marketing Activities: Plan and deliver marketing activities for all products and services.
Membership Strategies: Manager membership strategies, including the annual renewal cycle and member recruitment plan.
External Communications: Handle all external communications and channels, including email, social media, websites, and apps.
Skills and experience
Team Management: Proven experience managing a high-volume workload team.
Marketing Planning: Strong understanding of marketing planning principles.
Communication: Excellent communicator with a keen eye for detail and strong written and visual literacy
CRM Systems: Experience with CRM systems; Microsoft Dynamics is a plus.
Marketing Technologies: Proficiency in marketing automation and social media management tools.
Adobe Creative Suite: Experience with Adobe Creative Suite is advantageous.
