Our client, a prominent player in the pharmaceutical industry, is seeking a dynamic Marketing Insights Analyst to drive impactful strategies within the diagnostics sector in the UK & Ireland. Key Responsibilities:

Customer Experience Strategy:

Support the creation and execution of the UK & Ireland Customer Experience (Cx) Strategy.
Collaborate with the Global Cx team to manage annual Customer Relationship Research and Competitor Benchmarking surveys.
Innovate ways to visualise customer feedback, amplifying the voice of the customer across the organisation.Market Data & Business Planning:

Deliver robust Market Size & Share reporting, highlighting emerging trends at both market and product levels.
Conduct comprehensive market research (quantitative and qualitative) to uncover specific insights.
Partner with marketing plan Work Package owners to design data-driven and targeted marketing campaigns.Experience Required:

Proven experience in a data analytics or marketing insight type roles.
Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
Agile learner with an analytical and questioning mindset.
Data Analytical tools experience is essential.
Tableau or Alteryx experienceDesired Knowledge:

Familiarity with healthcare data projects.
Background in designing and implementing Customer Experience Metrics.
Involvement in market research projects, both quantitative and qualitative.
