Marketing & Graphic Designer – £35,000
Full-Time | Permanent | Goldthorpe Hours: Monday to Friday, 7.5 hours per day (37.5 hours per week)

What You’ll Be Doing
*
Design & Creative Production — producing graphics, layouts, illustrations, packaging artwork, brochures, and digital assets using Adobe Creative Suite.
*
Brand Development — supporting the CEO to build consistent, engaging brand campaigns across web, social media, and promotional materials.
*
Project Management — creating drafts, managing feedback, and delivering polished, on‑brand visuals to tight deadlines.
*
Photography & Video — capturing product photography, filming production lines, and using video/drone equipment to create high‑impact content.
*
Marketing Operations — managing social media visuals, liaising with printers, and preparing print‑ready artwork.
*
Technical Artwork — updating packaging files, ensuring accuracy, and understanding design‑to‑print requirements.
What You’ll Bring
*
Graphic Design degree or equivalent.
*
2–3 years’ experience in an agency or in‑house design studio.
*
Strong portfolio showcasing creative, polished work.
*
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop.
*
Excellent attention to detail, typography, and layout skills.
*
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
Desirable Skills
*
After Effects / Premiere Pro / video editing.
*
Illustration or hand‑drawing ability.
*
Understanding of web design and digital trends.
*
Experience working within an SME environment.
