Description:
Our client is an IT company based outside Horsham. They are a designated Microsoft Solutions partner, who provides IT infrastructures for businesses.
Due to the company expanding a new role has become available within the sales and marketing team. We are searching for a Marketing Executive to help execute the marketing / sales strategy.
You will be responsible for coordinating the marketing activities in line with the agreed marketing strategies to maintain and promote the company's brand. This will be include managing social media platforms, creating collateral creation, website management, lead gen campaigns, advertising, and reporting.
You will be supporting the sales team by aiding their daily tasks with efficiency. Collaborating with the marketing & sales departments to drive the company growth and success.
Main job duties:
Coordinate and deliver all social media activity, assist with the development of the marketing plan and manage the budgets.
Manage the website and look to improve, increase sales activity.
Coordinate and design the development of marketing materials.
Work with Sales and projects for creation of case studies, blogs and testimonials, looking to increase customer satisfaction and feedback rate!
Coordinate outbound marketing activity, this includes lead generation campaigns.
Assist in analysis of marketing campaigns and customer feedback responses.
Get involved in market research to understand best methodologies for campaigns.
Maintain company document standardisation and corporate photo library.
Provide administrative support to the sales team, ensuring client needs are met.
Cover reception when required.
Ensure all information is handled within company, ISO and legislative guidelines.Skills / Experience:
Excellent communication skills, written and relationship building.
Ability to write and read good copy.
