We have a rare opportunity for a Senior Marketing Executive, to join one of Cheltenham's award winning employers. Our client provides a specialist service to their customers, putting them at the heart of everything they do.

The successful Senior Marketing Executive will build strong relationships, helping steer campaigns. Working as part of a six person marketing team you will be fully supported by your colleagues who are passionate about collaboration and bouncing ideas off one another.

This Senior Marketing Executive role will also give you room to grow, and have a good degree of autonomy, giving you the opportunity to put your own stamp on marketing plans.

Responsibilities:

Devising, writing and managing marketing plans and budgets aligned to sector strategy
Conduct regular review meetings and be comfortable in advising and challenging key senior internal stakeholders
Devise compelling and engaging campaigns: from in-person business events, to targeted digital advertising and sponsorship
Copywriting and managing of the website and social media content for your sectors with fresh regular digital content updates
Conduct market research to source new business development opportunities
Provide regular reports and analytical updates from web stats to digital campaign results
Track new business leads
Represent the business at networking events to help grow opportunities for your technical teams to raise their individual profiles

Skills/ Experience:

A degree and/or CIM Marketing Diploma or Level 4 marketing qual would be ideal
Previous marketing experience, ideally in a B2B role
Experience of both campaign reporting and managing large volumes of customer data
Sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Some experience of Adobe Photoshop, InDesign and Premiere Pro
Stakeholder management experience
A strong relationship builder
Flexible, as you will be required to travel regularly between locations and to support events
