Salary: Up to £28,000 DOE
Location: Bromsgrove (Hybrid - Must be able to drive)

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging content for digital and traditional platforms.
- Analyze and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, using data to optimize strategies.
- Manage social media accounts and create engaging content to increase brand visibility.
- Coordinate events and promotional activities to enhance brand awareness.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to keep our marketing strategies innovative.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 1+ year of experience in a marketing role, with a track record of successful campaigns.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and social media platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
