Marketing Executive

General Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join an award-winning marketing team. With a responsibility for marketing each of the departments, along with the wider firm, it is crucial that the Marketing Executive is a strong communicator, pro-active and adaptable. This is a busy role assisting the Marketing & Communications Manager with the day-to- day delivery of the marketing plan and will cover all aspects of the marketing mix.

Role Responsibilities

*

Contribute to the roll-out of the firm’s digital marketing strategy, to include managing the day-to-day scheduling, content creation and monitoring of the firm’s social media channels (with support from the Marketing & Communications Manager)

*

Identify content and marketing opportunities via daily online/newsletter/newspaper research and liaise with Marketing & Communications Manager / relevant departmental heads to determine course of action and undertake any relevant steps to publish comments/articles on the firm’s own digital platforms.

*

Monitor all digital communications and to ensure the firm’s brand and reputation is protected at all times.

*

Maintain, update and contribute to the content on the firm’s website and ensure it is kept updated and relevant to the firm’s ongoing digital marketing strategy.

*

Manage all online reviews, with support from Marketing & Communications Manager, and respond to all reviews accordingly.

*

Acquire insight in online marketing trends.

*

Liaise with external agencies in terms of SEO.

*

Liaise with the Marketing & Communications Manager and departmental heads to create and maintain all marketing literature across the firm, including design, editing, production and print of leaflets, brochures, posters, external print ads etc, ensuring brand consistency at all times.

*

Liaise with suppliers in the production of Harding Evans branded merchandise, as and when required.

*

Maintain networking calendar, informing fee earners of what events each month and booking attendance.

*

Assist Marketing & Communications Manager with organising events, as and when required.

*

Maintain advertising schedules and manage submission of artwork, ensuring copy deadlines are met.

*

Support Marketing & Communications Manager in identifying and making recommendations on wider external advertising opportunities.

*

Identify and make recommendations on sponsorship opportunities for the firm.

*

Manage internal communications programme, to include content for the intranet and a monthly newsletter.

*

Maintain the client review process.

*

Provide administrative support to the Marketing & Communications Manager, as and when required.

Role Requirements

*

A minimum of 3 years’ professional marketing experience.

*

IT-literate with skills in both the Microsoft office packages and the Adobe creative suite.

*

Ability to manage social media platforms & website CMS effectively.
Experience in using marketing software packages and systems, such as Mailchimp, Canva and Capcut.

*

Degree in relevant subject area.

*

Video editing skills.
