Solis Recruitment have partnered with an innovative Fintech on the lookout for a Marketing Executive.
Our client has an award-winning platform, that helps businesses to protect their customers, reduce fraudulent activity and speed up verification.
They’re looking for a Marketing Executive who thrives working autonomously, can take responsibility of and project manage a variety of campaigns, coordinate internal and external teams, work with internal stakeholders and deliver successful marketing activations.
This is an opportunity to join a global organisation (offices in the US, UK, Europe, Middle East and Asia), work on an array of projects and be part of a growing company.
The Role
The Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that promote products & services, help increase brand awareness and drive customer engagement.
The Marketing Executive will manage digital marketing channels, including website, social media platforms, email campaigns, and online advertising, help evolve brand positioning and messaging and run events and partnership activations.
Day to day responsibilities will include:
* Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling marketing collateral, including ad copy, graphics, videos, and other content.
* Manage digital marketing channels, including website, social media platforms, email campaigns, and online advertising.
* Monitor and analyse marketing performance metrics, track KPIs, and prepare regular reports to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
* Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve marketing efforts and drive innovation.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, vendors, and other stakeholders to support marketing initiatives and drive business growth.
Skills and Experience
To be successful in your application for the Marketing Executive you will have/be:
* Proven experience (min. 3 years) in marketing, with a track record of successful marketing campaigns and initiatives
* Experience working on B2B campaigns either within a SaaS start up or with B2B technology clients from an agency.
* A qualification in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
* Strong understanding of marketing principles, techniques, and tools.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and problem-solving abilities.
* Ability to multitask, manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and tools, such as Google Analytics, Hubspot, AdWords, social media management tools, etc.
* Experience of Account Based Marketing activities, events, webinars and content marketing would be highly desirable.
The role will suit someone highly organised, who can work independently, take charge of projects and ensure they’re delivered within tight deadlines, can work autonomously and will thrive in a start-up environment.
In return the company is offering the successful Marketing Executive a salary between £35,000 - £40,000, remote working (with adhoc meetings in London) and flexible working
