We're seeking a talented and enthusiastic Marketing Executive to join our industry leading Marketing team. You'll play a vital role in developing and executing our marketing strategy across various channels, including email, social media, and our website.
Role overview and responsibilities:
* Email Marketing:
o Manage our email strategy, including segmentation, list hygiene, and campaign optimisation.
o Design and execute engaging email campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions.
o Analyse email performance metrics and make data-driven decisions for improvement.
* Social Media:
o Develop and manage organic social media calendars for LinkedIn and Instagram.
o Create high-quality content (artwork and copy) to engage our target audience on social media platforms.
o Grow our brand presence and build a loyal following.
* Copywriting:
o Conduct interviews and write compelling case studies that showcase our success stories.
* Website:
o Manage our website content, including publishing new content and updating existing pages.
o Work collaboratively with our web developer to ensure optimal website functionality and user experience.
Essential Skills & Experience
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
* 2-3 years of experience in marketing or a similar role
* Strong experience in email marketing campaign management
* Strong copywriting skills with experience crafting engaging copy
* Adept at social media marketing best practices and content creation
* Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) a plus
* Experience with website development tools and processes (preferred)
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
* Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights
* A team player with a positive attitude and a passion for marketing
* Optional skills: Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Canva, Wordpress, Force24
