We are recruiting for a PPC Specialist who will work across our dynamic eCommerce portfolio. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, results-driven, and has a strong commercial acumen with an entrepreneurial mindset.

Main Purpose:

Working within our "in-house agency," the PPC Specialist will be responsible for managing and optimising paid advertising campaigns. This role involves hands-on management and in-depth analysis to drive sales and improve conversions. The PPC Specialist will identify, propose, and implement changes to enhance the performance of our paid search campaigns.

Responsibilities & Skills:

Manage and optimise PPC accounts and paid advertising, including shopping campaigns.
Create, implement, and test campaigns across various platforms including Google Ads, Microsoft/Bing Ads, and Amazon Advertising.
Analyse reports to identify opportunities for investment/divestment (e.g., Search Query Reports, Device Analysis, Impression Shares).
Collaborate with agencies, vendors, and partners, including planning and expenditure.
Strong commercial acumen with an entrepreneurial mindset.
Results-driven and highly motivated with a problem-solving attitude.Knowledge & Experience:

Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, including Search, Performance Max, and shopping campaigns.
Working knowledge of Google Merchant Centre and shopping feed management.
Knowledge and experience with Google Analytics (GA4).
Experience in pay-per-click (PPC) across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, including shopping and merchant centre management.
Managing multiple campaigns for various products/commercial sectors.
Collaborating with internal colleagues to develop PPC opportunities.About Us:

What We Offer:

Competitive Salary: £26,000-£40,000 (dependent on experience)
