Our client, a dynamic and innovative organisation, is seeking a proactive and versatile Marketing Executive to support their marketing activities and help drive their brand forward in a competitive market.

As a Marketing Executive, you will play a vital role in the organisation's marketing team, reporting directly to the Marketing Manager. Your creative mindset and strong communication skills will be key as you develop and execute social media strategies, coordinate events, create impactful presentations, and assist in the development of marketing strategies aligned with business objectives. Your expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, social media management, and website updates will be essential in showcasing the organisation's projects and engaging with clients and stakeholders effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute social media strategies and content calendars for internal and external events.
Coordinate events for all sectors, both in the UK and abroad, ensuring seamless execution and representing the organisation's brand.
Assist in creating credentials documents and presentations using Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Canva.
Support the team in developing strategy documents to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
Assist in monitoring expenses and updating the budget sheet for efficient resource allocation.
Collaborate with HR to coordinate social events and create engaging internal social initiatives.
Utilise tools such as Mailchimp to create external newsletters and disseminate important updates.
Regularly update the company website with new content and ensure accuracy and relevance.Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (or qualified by experience).
3-4 years of proven experience in a marketing role, preferably within the architecture or construction industry.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop) and Canva.
Experience in social media management across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter.
Ability to work collaboratively in a small team environment.
Knowledge of budget management and proficiency in using tools like Excel.
Familiarity with website content management systems for regular updates.
